With over a decade of experience deeply rooted in consumer research and behavior, Devon was an early adopter of using social data at-scale to develop more compelling insights. Her career has been dedicated to helping agencies and brands uncover deeper and more holistic views of audiences and trends, providing the intelligence needed to optimize business results.

As an expert within the field, Devon taught as an Adjunct Professor of Social Media Marketing at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she now is a member of the strategic planning board for the business school.

Prior to founding First & First Consulting, Devon worked for agencies including BBDO and Ogilvy, as well as servicing clients across the Chiat and Publicis network.
