  • JENNA CLARK

    Jenna is Head of Measurement & Insights, Google Communications. At Google, Jenna advises her colleagues on strategy and measurement of earned media. Her work drives business impact by ensuring that communications strategy is rooted in data-driven insights. To do so, Jenna applies her expertise in behavioral trend analysis, consumer intelligence and social platform knowledge to establish a seamless connection real people, big data and communications.

    Jenna holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, specializing in Forensic Criminology. She served in the U.S. Air Force for 10 years as an intelligence analyst, which gave her a passion for volunteering in veteran affairs.

  • BILL DRUMMY

    Bill is the founder and CEO of Heartbeat, where he grew this independent healthcare agency into one of the largest and most highly regarded in the U.S. In 2013, Heartbeat was acquired by Publicis. In 2019, Bill retired as Chairman Emeritus of Heartbeat and now serves as an advisor to a select group of young, high growth companies.

    Prior to starting Heartbeat, Bill was one of the architects of NYTV, a video design and production company. In 1995, Bill started NYTV’s digital division, NYD2, which he initiated after catching the digital bug reading an early edition of WIRED magazine.

  • MELISSA MARTINEZ

    Mel is an experienced marketer with 15+ years at award-winning global creative agencies including BBDO, Havas and McCann Erickson. She has run both local and global accounts including NY Lottery, Tribeca Film Festival, State Farm, Mastercard, Campbell's, Merck, and P&G.

    In addition to senior leadership roles managing portfolios of business she was also Chief Marketing Officer for DDB NY where she was responsible for driving key strategic marketing initiatives for the agency, developing new operating models for current and prospective clients, and leading all new business development and organic growth. Currently, Mel is Head of Client Service at T Brand Consulting, at the New York Times.

  • AUTUMN D. MCDONALD

    Autumn has been an innovator and leader in Market Research, Insights, and Analytics for over two decades. Founder of ADM Insights & Strategy, Autumn empowers clients by deploying research training, developing research plans, harnessing impactful learnings, and identifying actionable paths forward.

    As Senior Director at The Hershey Company, Autumn led the consumer research function worldwide. Previously, Autumn held Insights and Analytics leadership roles at Mattel, Revlon, Kraft, Colgate Palmolive and Procter & Gamble. Autumn is on the Board of Directors of the National Brain Tumor Society and is currently developing her Master Thesis in Applied Anthropology at the University of North Texas.

  • ERIKA SCHAEFFER

    Erika is the Global Director of HR Process and Change for Willis Towers Watson’s, where she develops and executes process re-design and change engagement strategies and tactical plans for major transformation initiatives. Throughout her career she has operated at the intersection of process management, technology, resource optimization and user-experience.

    Her previous experience spans Risk Management, Human Resources, Change Management, Internal Communications, Process Management and Operations in global organizations such as Nike, Marsh & McClellan, Unilever and most recently, General Electric. Erika has an MBA in International Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Literature.

  • Sophie Hauptfuhrer

    Sophie is a master within the world of strategy as she has over a decade of experience within the marketing industry. She has previously worked at Havas, was a partner at Annex, and Lonely Whale as SVP, Strategy and Impact. Within these roles, Sophie serviced clients such as Louis Vuitton, Blink Fitness, L'Oreal Group, NARS and Adidas Originals, as well as working with celebrity names like Tom Ford, and Leonardo Di Caprio.

    Now, as a freelance consultant, Sophie tends to long-term C-level consulting relationships with private clients and boutique firms. Clients include Live Nation, Patreon, FNDR, co:collective, Gucci, Goldman Sachs, MAC cosmetics, Equinox / SoulCycle, Sound sparkling tea where she is an advisory board member.
